Refund Policy

At South Central Marketing Group LLC, client satisfaction is important.


Courses & Training

  • Refunds are available if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course has been accessed.

  • Once a course is 20% or more completed, it is non-refundable.


Workshops & Custom Training

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may receive a partial refund or credit toward future training.

  • Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.


Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate billing or technical errors.
